SPAIN, A TOURISM LEADER

The Conventions Bureaus of Spain (CVB) are local entities of 56 conference destinations under the name of Spain Convention Bureau (SCB). It organizes meetings and events for a minimum audience of 500 people, and provides information, support and resources for Meeting Professionals. Through the CVB you can receive information on reputable DMC´s, hotels, venues, events, catering companies and more.

SCB also organizes international promotional activities with the Spanish Tourism Board (TURESPAÑA) and their respective Tourist Offices Abroad. In the USA we have the following offices:

These offices are in charge of promoting the tourism of conventions, meetings and incentives on a regional basis, including organizing events and familiarization trips. In short, the Tourist Offices act as a liaison between suppliers and DMCs in Spain and the buyer/planner in the USA.
