Michelin star-shower for Spain in 2019.
22 new stars and 11 restaurants with three stars.
A perfect blend of classic and avant-garde cuisine has consolidated Spain’s position as a world leader in gastronomy.

Thanks to the work of their chefs, the recently-published Michelin Guide 2019 has left a trail of new stars distributed throughout Spain: 11 restaurants with three stars, 25 with two stars and 170 with one star – of which 22 are new additions!

The eleven restaurants with three Michelin stars, the highest award granted by this guide are:
