Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing Offers Meeting Bubble

It started with the NBA bubble at Walt Disney World. Then there was “The Bachelorette” bubble at La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs. Now, there’s a COVID-safe business travel bubble available at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing .

Pyramid Hotel Group, the Boston-based hotel and asset management company, announced this month that it’s launching a new approach to meetings and events as a response to the COVID pandemic.

“Providing a safe way for groups to connect in-person is a much needed respite after a year of being online,” said Brian Berry, Executive Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Pyramid Hotel Group, a leading hotel management company which has booked several “micro-buyouts” at their hotels across the country. “By allowing one group to have the entire floor to themselves and special perks such as hospitality suites, it allows a special opportunity to safely work and collaborate together.”

In addition, following intensive Covid safety protocols and implementing strict requirements to protect the health of both guests and employees, the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing offers special incentives when groups book an entire floor. Examples of potential perks that the hotel may provide as part of the Meeting Bubble program include room upgrades; complimentary cocktail receptions; and exclusive hospitality suites and lounge areas. Other perks include loyalty points, room upgrades and discounts on food and beverage depending on the room nights booked.

Overlooking the Delaware River with views across to New Jersey, the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing is less than a mile from Liberty Bell, the Museum of the American Revolution, and Benjamin Franklin Museum.
