Originally Casino de Madrid was established in 1836 and in 1910 moved to its current location. Although deceiving by name you will not find one gaming table or slot on the premise; however, you will be allured by its authentic paintings, life- like sculptures, picturesque stained glass windows and crystal lamps from Granja.
